What is included in my Marnager Subscription?

Our free monthly credit can be used flexibly across SMS text messaging, calls, emails, and AI-powered features, giving you the freedom to optimise your communication and marketing strategies. Need more? Additional credits are available for purchase whenever you require them, ensuring you never run out of resources to keep your business moving forward.

  • We don’t offer a free trial, but we’re confident that the Marnager Marketing Suite is designed to drive results for your business.

  • Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts, and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

  • We provide you with credits to your account on a monthly basis. These credits can be used to make calls, send texts, emails and a range of other features.

    Each months credit will give you approximately: 

    Essential:

    - 20,000 emails or:
    - 300 Minutes Calls or;
    - 250 SMS;

    Unlimited:

    - 60,000 emails or:
    - 900 Minutes Calls or;
    - 750 SMS;

  • When you fall outside of your monthly credit, these amounts will be charged to your wallet which you can find by logging into your Marnager Marketing Suite, go to settings and then to "Company Billing". Here you can find all billing information regarding your current subscription plan and any wallet information.

    Our prices are charged at:
    Calling: £0.037/min.
    ‍Receiving calls: £0.067/min.
    ‍SMS: £0.05/SMS + Carrier Charge.
    ‍Email: £0.0017/email.

    Purchasing a Phone number: £2/month  Note: Price is an estimated price for UK phone numbers. Prices may vary.

    Premium triggers in automations: £0.026/launch.
    Premium triggers are those that can replace certain Zapier functions. They are clearly marked in the app. Examples include receiving/sending webhooks for integration, sending information to Google Sheet or Slack, time/date formatters or number formatters.

    ‍Email verification: £0.0065 per email emails.
    Email verification allows you to automatically check if an email address you've added for a user is being used so you don't get a lot of "hard bounces" that can damage your email reputation.
