Subscription & Cancellation Policy
We believe in flexibility, which is why all our subscriptions are contract-free, giving you the freedom to cancel at any time with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Before cancelling, please ensure that:
Any media assets, customer lists, templates, workflows, funnels, websites, and phone numbers are backed up, transferred, or removed from the system.
If you have purchased phone numbers through our platform, you will need to submit a porting request if you wish to transfer them elsewhere.
Once your cancellation is processed, it cannot be undone, and all data, including purchased phone numbers, will be permanently removed.
Account Suspension Option
If you don’t want to cancel permanently, you can pause your subscription for a set period instead. During suspension:
Your account access, communications (Phone/SMS/Email), websites, automations, and other services will be temporarily disabled.
You will still be responsible for phone number maintenance fees charged by the carrier, but your numbers will not be terminated or released.
After the agreed suspension period (up to 90 days), your account and billing will automatically resume for at least one full billing cycle (30 days).

Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our software. If you’re not happy, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period in line with UK consumer law. Below are the details of our refund policy:
Cooling-Off Period
If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up, we’ll issue a full refund of your subscription fee—no questions asked.
This applies to new customers only and does not cover renewals or subsequent billing periods.
Rolling Subscription
Our software operates on a rolling 30-day subscription basis, meaning you’re billed every month unless you cancel.
If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for that period.
Usage-Based Charges
Please note that we cannot refund charges related to usage-based billing, such as Phone, SMS, or Email communication costs, even if you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period.
Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled.
You can cancel at any time via your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
If new legislation extends cooling-off rights to subscription renewals, we will update our policy accordingly.
Auto-Charge for Extra Marketing Credits
By using our marketing credit system, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the auto-charge functionality for additional credits:
Auto-Billing Default & Auto-Credit
Auto-billing is enabled by default. If your account balance drops below zero, a £10 credit will be automatically applied and charged to your payment method on file.
Additional credits beyond this will be automatically purchased once your included marketing credits are fully utilized.
Billing, Charges & Pricing
The cost of extra credits is based on our current pricing structure, which may change from time to time. Please click here for current credit prices.
Charges are applied immediately upon depletion of your included credits or when your balance falls below zero.
When you exceed your monthly credit allocation, these amounts will be charged to your wallet. You can view your wallet balance and transaction history by logging into your Marnager Marketing Suite, navigating to Settings, and selecting Company Billing.
Notification and Invoicing
You will receive an email confirmation for each auto-charge transaction, along with an updated invoice reflecting the additional credits purchased.
Payment Method Requirements
A valid payment method must be maintained on file. If a charge fails, access to marketing services may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Usage Monitoring
It is your responsibility to monitor your credit balance and usage. Our platform provides real-time tracking to help manage your consumption.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
