Messages Overview

In this video, we will guide you through the Messages section in Marnager, a centralised inbox for all client communications, including SMS, WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs, etc. Here are the main features:

  1. Unified Inbox: Access all messages—unread, recent, starred, and all conversations—by clicking Messages on the sidebar. Make sure your initial setup is complete to integrate all platforms.

  2. Automatic Contact Information: When clients share their contact details, Marnager auto-fills the email and phone number fields, saving you the hassle of manual entry.

  3. Multi-Channel Communication: Easily switch between SMS, WhatsApp, email, and Instagram DMs for each client to manage conversations across platforms seamlessly.

  4. Message Filtering: Sort messages by criteria like assigned/unassigned, inbound/outbound, and specific channels (SMS, Instagram, etc.) to quickly find past conversations.

  5. Quick Actions: On the right-hand side, use quick actions to:

    • Add clients as contacts

    • Schedule appointments

    • Create pipeline opportunities

    • Add tasks or notes related to the client’s needs
